* Incorrect order placed by customer

Replacement

✅ Eligible only if:

* Wrong product received
* Damaged product received
* Manufacturing defect

Conditions:

* Request within 24 hours of delivery
* Continuous unboxing video is mandatory
* Product must be unused
* Original tags and packaging intact

Refund

Refunds will be processed only if:

* A replacement is not possible, or
* NamahShri approves the request after verification
