Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS/WhatsApp (if applicable).

If you do not receive an order confirmation within a reasonable time, please contact our customer support.

All online transactions are encrypted and processed through trusted payment gateway partners that comply with industry security standards.

NamahShri does not collect or store your debit card, credit card, UPI PIN, or banking credentials.

Failed or Pending Transactions

If your payment has been deducted but your order has not been confirmed:

* Please wait for up to 30 minutes, as banks may take time to update the transaction.
* If the payment is successful, your order will be confirmed automatically.
* If the transaction fails, the amount will be refunded by your bank/payment provider as per their processing timelines.
